Recruitment

We have a robust, fair and equitable recruitment policy. Our Quality Management System (QMS) has been constructed so as to comply with 4801 status and has been endorsed by many of our major clients. The staff selection criteria is a newly formed procedure that ensures the company deploys the most suitable officer to an assignment, thereby ensuring that the client receives quality outcome and value for money. The system is based on assessing the risks associated with a short list of candidates for a job and qualitatively selecting the best through the utilization of a matrix.

While we acknowledge that candidates are offered employment based on their current qualifications and skills, we encourage assist them in attaining higher qualifications during their tenure with us. We have established links with the relevant training authorities to facilitate this process. Additionally we conduct our own information sessions to update and advise employees of any new circumstances in their working environment.

Medical Assessment

Swetha International is bound by occupational health and safety and work cover legislation and all procedures relating to worksite safety. We ensure that employees from Swetha International are properly assessed for medical purposes

Procedures & Accreditations

Since its inception, the management of the company have devoted considerable time in the development of a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) which controls the policies and procedures by which the organization is governed. The QMS covers a wide variety of business and employer / employee subjects that are utilised on a daily basis. The candidate who is placed on assignment through the company will be thoroughly briefed and educated in our policies and procedures. The current edition of the Company’s QMS is compliant and approved to AS 4801 status. It is the company’s intention to have the QMS endorsed, approved and authorized to ISO 9001 status in the very near future. Swetha International is fully covered for all the insurances such as workers compensation, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. We have an effective and professional administration section that deals with the key business functions such as HR and Recruitment, IT and T, Engineering and Construction.
